The journey started 35 years ago as I sought to understand my purpose, on this planet. My road was one of trying to fix myself - I felt broken as a child and believed there was something wrong with me.

I went searching all over the planet and beyond, seeking guidance from many teachers, and experimented with 12-step programs, psychedelics, spiritual therapy, and meditation until one day sitting on my bed, I listened and after a Joe Dispenza meditation… it happened.

My heart and head aligned. My channel to source and universal love ignited and my purpose showed me the light.

This connection to source and universal love revealed my purpose to me. My mission now is to share my truth and help others find freedom by retracing, embracing, and erasing limiting beliefs.
